Autumn is an ideal planting season. The sun is still warm enough to allow roots to grow, so you can get a head start next spring. During the plant day on Sunday, October 6, 2024 at Arboretum Kalmthout - the oldest plant fair in Belgium - you will meet the very best plant growers from Belgium and the surrounding area in one go. They each offer a variety of special, new and rare garden plants and are specialists within their range. At their stands you will receive practical tips and professional gardening advice. The plant day is an event not to be missed for every flower and plant lover!

Free guided tours every hour

Discover the arboretum garden in an autumn atmosphere and gain inspiration for your own garden. You can join every hour for a free tour with a guide. The first leaves at 11 am, the last at 4 pm. There is an additional tour in French at 2 p.m. Included in the entrance ticket for the Plant Day. Reservations are not necessary. The guide will hand out wristbands at the departure point fifteen minutes in advance. Max. 25 participants per tour.
