When you talk about Kalmthout, you can't escape the topic of the Kalmthoutse Heide. Although this natural gem is of course the best known, there are still many other beautiful - almost untouched - spots to discover in our municipality. The nature guides of Visit Kalmthout take you to all corners of our region and introduce you to rare and highly prized fauna and flora. A guided walk takes two to three hours.
You can also book our nature guides as a group. A group consists of a maximum of 25 people. You pay 25 euros per hour per guide.
Calendar walks via Nareka/Visit Kalmthout
You can also individually join one of the free calendar walks in and around the Grenspark Kalmthoutse Heide and De Maatjes in Nieuwmoer.
Everyone is welcome and registration is not necessary. The walks last 2 to 3 hours. Binoculars, rain boots or sturdy walking shoes may be useful.
